All shipping, with rare exception, is directly from our inventory at The Puzzle Shop.
Shipping within Canada:
Standard shipping fee is $25.00 flat rate.
All shipping charges are estimated from the cart or at time of purchase. Shipping estimates take into account shipping destination; the number of boxes required, their weight and size. The Puzzle Shop will use the selected shipping method wherever possible but reserves the right to change shipping methods as required to complete the order. Any changes to shipping costs will be communicated to the customer and approval from the customer will be required before completing their order.
Free Shipping in Canada
Free shipping is offered for eligible orders.
Any free shipping offers are subject to review. Large packages or remote locations are subject to review before order is approved. Should charges need to be made: The Puzzle Shop will review those changes with the customer before processing the order. When free shipping is used The Puzzle Shop reserves the right to choose whichever courier they deem fit.
